This Refund Policy describes how payments and refunds are handled on the ValueSkins platform.

1. Platform role

ValueSkins facilitates deals between creators and brands but does not directly process payments. All payments are processed through integrated third-party payment providers. Refunds are subject to the agreement between the parties involved in a deal and the applicable refund policy of the payment provider.

2. Deal disputes

If a dispute arises regarding a deal, the parties are encouraged to resolve it directly. The platform provides a review and rating system to help users make informed decisions, but ValueSkins does not mediate financial disputes between users.

3. Payment provider refunds

Refund requests related to payment processing must be directed to the applicable payment provider in accordance with their terms and policies. ValueSkins does not have the ability to reverse or modify transactions processed by third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel a deal at any time before both parties have accepted and work has commenced. Once a deal is in progress, cancellation terms are determined by the agreement between the creator and brand. Users should communicate directly to agree on cancellation terms.

5. Platform fees

Any platform fees charged for the use of ValueSkins are non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of purchase. If you believe a fee was charged in error, contact valueskinsfounder@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
